1 General description
The FXPS7250A4 high-performance, high-precision absolute pressure sensor consists of a pact capacitive micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) device coupled with a digital integrated circuit (IC) producing a fully calibrated analog output.
This sensor is ideal for many automotive applications such as manifold air pressure (MAP), fort seating, and other applications requiring operating absolute pressure ranges up to 250 kPa.
