The temperature sensors in the KTY84 series have a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems.

The sensors are encapsulated in the SOD68 (DO-34) package.

Product profile CAUTION 1.1 General description The temperature sensors in the KTY84 series have a positive temperature coefficient of resistance and are suitable for use in measurement and control systems. The sensors are encapsulated in the SOD68 (DO-34) package. Other special selections are available on request. This device is sensitive to ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD).
