MB2245 Overview
The MB2245 high-performance BiCMOS device bines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output drive. The MB2245 device is a 16-bit transceiver featuring non-inverting 3-State bus patible outputs in both send and receive directions. The control function implementation minimizes external timing requirements.
