General Description
The MB2541 high-performance BiCMOS device combines low static and dynamic power dissipation with high speed and high output drive.
The MB2541 has two 8-bit buffers that are ideal for driving bus lines.
The outputs are all capable of sinking 64mA and sourcing 32mA.
3-State buffers sink 64mKey Features
