-40 °C to +125 °C temperature range.
Down to 57 µA/MHz active current, 6 µA Power down mode with RTC enabled and 512 KB SRAM retention, 2 µA Deep Power-down mode with RTC active and 32 KB SRAM. MCXN54x MCXN94x 184VFBGA 9 x 9 x 0.86 mm, 0.5 mm 100HLQFP 14 x 1.
