GENERAL DESCRIPTION The OQ2538HP is a limiting amplifier IC intended for use as the main amplifier in 2.5 Gbits/s Non-Return to Zero (NRZ) transmission systems (SDH/SONET).

  • Wide bandwidth (3 GHz).
