PLUS16R8D Description
The Philips Semiconductors PLUS16XX family consists of ultra high-speed 7.5ns and 10ns versions of Series 20 PAL devices. The sum of products (AND-OR) architecture is prised of 64 programmable AND gates and 8 fixed OR gates. Multiple bidirectional pins provide variable input/output pin ratios.
