SAA7210 Product details

Description

The SAA7210 incorporates the functions of demodulator, subcoding processor, error corrector and concealment in one chip.

The device accepts data from the disc and outputs serial data directly to a dual 16-bit digital-to-analogue converter TOA1541 (OAC) via the Inter IC signal bus (1 2 S).

Features

Adaptive slicer with high-frequency level detector for input data.
Built-in drop-out detector to prevent error propagation in adaptive slicer.
Fully protected timing synchronization to incoming data.
Eight-to-Fourte.
