NXP Semiconductors TDA3662
The TDA3662 is a fixed 3.0 V voltage regulator with a very low dropout voltage and quiescent current, which operates over a wide supply voltage range. The IC is available as: • TDA3662: VP ≤ 45 V, −40 °C ≤ Tamb ≤ +125 °C and SO4 package (automotive) • TDA3662AT: VP ≤ 45 V, −40 °C ≤ Tamb ≤ +125 °C and SO8 package (automotive).
