TEA1064BT Overview
The TEA1064B is a bipolar integrated circuit that performs all the speech and line interface functions required in fully electronic telephone sets. It performs electronic switching between dialling and speech. The IC operates at line voltages down to 1.8 V DC (with reduced performance) to facilitate the use of more telephone sets connected in parallel.

- DTMF signal input
- Confidence tone in the earpiece during DTMF dialling
- Mute input for disabling speech during pulse or DTMF dialling
