Overview
Note: COP8SG devices are form-fit-function compatible supersets of the COP888xG/CL/CS Family devices, and are replacements for these in new designs, and design upgrades with minimum effort. The COP888xG ROM based microcontrollers are highly integrated COP8™ Feature core devices with larger memory (4k to 24k) and advanced features including two Analog comparators.
