Features The LM16B/LM36B are precision, monolithic, temperaturepensated voltage references. The LM16B makes use of thin-film technology enhanced by the discrete laser trimming of resistors to achieve excellent Temperature coeffi· cient (Tempco) of VOUT (as low as 5ppml"C), along with tight initial tolerance, (as low as 0.02%).
