LP3993 is 80mA Linear Regulator manufactured by National Semiconductor.
Description
The LP3993 is a linear regulator capable of supplying 80m A output current. The LP3993 is designed to meet the requirements of digital systems where low IQ, fast start up, and good load transient response are important. The device has been designed to work with small ceramic capacitors of 1.0µF and above. This device is available with outputs in the range 1.5V to 3.3V outputs.
