AM3705 Description
The AM3705/AM3705C is an eight-channel MOS analog multiplex switch. TTL patible logic inputs that require no level shifting or input pull-up resistors and operation over a wide range of supply voltages is obtained by constructing the device with low threshold P-channel enhancement MOS technology. To simplify external logic re- quirements, a one-of-eight decoder and an output enable are included in the device.
