NJU6496 Overview
NJU6496 includes four-channel PIN Driver, parator, and Analog Switch for kelvin connection. It is designed specifically for Test During Burn-In (TDBI) applications where cost, functional density, and power are all at a premium. Driver is able to set up threshold voltage, and control high level and low level output voltage, and high impedance independently.
