GENERAL DESCRIPTION
NJU7678 is Step-up/Fly back type switching regulator IC with PWM control. Internal soft-start function, dead time control and timer latch function are included, requiring no external ponents.
All parameters can be optimized by additional external ponents for design flexibility.
