RP202N Description
RP202x SERIES Low Power / Fast Mode Alternative 200mA LDO Regulator NO.EA-279-170710 OUTLINE The RP202x is voltage regulator IC with high output voltage accuracy, low dropout voltage and low supply current. This IC performs with the chip enable function and realize a standby mode with low supply current. To prevent the destruction by over current, the current limit circuit is included.
