NT51007D Overview
Description
NT51007D is a 1200/1026/1080/1020/960 channel data driver IC with TTL/RSDS and Mini-LVDS interface for color TFT LCD panels. For lower power dissipation, the circuit architecture with a special method is designed, and dot inversion is suggested on application.
