MSM5052 Description
1998 MSM5052 Previous version: 1996 Built-in Temperature Circuit and LCD Driver 4-Bit Microcontroller The MSM5052 is a low-power microcontroller manufactured in plementary metal-oxide semiconductor technology. Integrated into a single chip are ROM, RAM, crystal oscillator, voltage doubler, timer, LCD driver, input port, output port, and thermistor-based temperature measuring circuit.
