DESCRIPTION The MSM64153A (1.5 V)/64153AL (3.0 V) is a high-performance 4-bit microcontroller that incorporates Oki-original CPU core n X-4/20. The MSM64153A/64153AL has an LCD driver for up to 144 segments, an event counter, and melody circuits. It is best suited for applications such as clocks and LCD games.
