MSM66507 Overview
The MSM66507/66P507 is a high-performance 16-bit microcontroller that employs OKI original nX-8/500 CPU core. The MSM66507/66P507 includes a 16-bit CPU, ROM, RAM, a 10-bit A/D converter, serial ports, flexible timers, a pulse-width modulator (PWM), and I/O ports.
