MSM66P56-xx - Internal Mask ROM Voice Synthesis

Download the MSM66P56-xx datasheet PDF. This datasheet also covers the MSM6652 variant, as both devices belong to the same internal mask rom voice synthesis family and are provided as variant models within a single manufacturer datasheet.

Description

The MSM6650 family is the successor to OKI's MSM6375 family.

40 dB/ octave low-pass

Features

  • of the MSM6650 family devices are as follows.
  • MSM6652/53/54/55/56-xxx These devices are single-chip voice synthesizers with an on-chip mask ROM using the CMOS technology. Standalone Mode or Microcontroller Interface Mode can be selected by mask option.
  • MSM6652A/53A/54A/55A/56A/58A-xxx The trial production period for these devices is shorter than those described above. These devices are suitable for developing prototype models and concept demonstration of new products.
