MSM9223 Description
1999 MSM9223 Previous version: 1999 27-Bit Duplex/Triplex VFD Controller/Driver with Digital Dimming, ADC and Keyscan The MSM9223 is a full CMOS controller/driver for Duplex or Triplex vacuum fluorescent display tube. It conststs of 27-segment driver outputs and 3-grid pre-driver outputs, so that it can drive directly up to 81-segment VFD.
