MSM9405 Overview
The MSM9405 is a munication controller conforming to IrDA, the international standard for infrared data munication. The device covers the IrDA physical specifications Ver.1.0 and 1.1. Since the device performs some of the functions concerning munication protocol control, the load on the software (firmware) for protocol control can be reduced.
