DESCRIPTION The MSC5301B-01 is an LCD driver LSI with built-in RAM. The device’s bit mapping method offers greater flexibility because each bit of the RAM for display controls each section on the LCD panel. It can form a graphic display system of 64 x 16 dots in one chip. In addition, the display can be expanded by using additional LSIs.
