The SMB series is supplied in ON Semiconductor’s exclusive, cost-effective, highly reliable SURMETIC package and is ideally suited for use in munication systems, automotive, numerical controls, process controls, medical equipment, business machines, power supplies and many other industrial/consumer applications.
