FAN7380 Overview
The FAN7380 is a monolithic half−bridge gate−drive IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to +600 V. onsemi’s high−voltage process and mon−mode noise cancelling technique provide stable operation of high−side driver under high−dv/dt noise circumstances. An advanced level−shift circuit allows high−side gate driver operation up to VS = −9.8 V (typical) for VBS = 15.
