FAN7380
Description
The FAN7380 is a monolithic half-bridge gate-drive IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs that operate up to +600 V. onsemi’s high-voltage process and common-mode noise cancelling technique provide stable operation of high-side driver under high-dv/dt noise circumstances. An advanced level-shift circuit allows high-side gate driver operation up to VS = -9.8 V (typical) for VBS = 15 V.
