Description
The FPF2890MN features 5.5 A continuous and 15 A surge current for 10 ms @ 2% power switch for USB type C/PD application, which offers Over−Voltage Protection (OVP), Over−Temperature−Protection (OTP) and Idea Diode True Reverse Current Block (IDTRCB) to protect system.
