Description The FSL4110LR is an integrated pulse width modulation (PWM) controller and 1000 V avalanche rugged SenseFET specifically designed for high input voltage offline Switching Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external ponents. VCC can be supplied through integrated high- voltage power regulator without auxiliary bias winding.
The integrated PWM controller includes a fixed- frequency oscillator, Under- Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Leading- Edge Blanking (LEB), optimized gate driver, soft- start, temperature- pensated precise current sources for loop- pensation, and variable protection circuitry....
