MC74LCX244 Description

MC74LCX244 Octal Buffer, Non-Inverting, Low Voltage, 3-State The MC74LCX244 is a high performance, non−inverting octal buffer operating from a 2.3 to 5.5 V supply. High impedance TTL patible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while TTL patible outputs offer improved switching noise performance. A VI specification of 5.5 V allows MC74LCX244 inputs to be safely driven from 5 V devices.
