Hex Schmitt Inverter MC74VHC14, MC74VHCT14A The MC74VHC14 and MC74VHCT14A are high speed CMOS Schmitt Inverters fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. These achieve high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining CMOS low power dissipation.
