General Description
The general purpose optocoupler, MCT9001, has two isolated
channels in a standard plastic 8
pin dual
in
line (DIP) package for density applications.
Each channel consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a NPN silicon planar phototransistor.
