The NCT65 is a low power temperature monitor housed in an MSOP8 package. It monitors the temperature of a remote thermal diode. The resulting temperature is then pared with fixed THERM limits (70C and 85C) and if the resulting temperature is greater than these limits, the open-drain THERM1 and THERM2 pins are asserted.
