Linear Voltage Regulator Bias Rail, Very Low Dropout, Programmable Soft-Start 3A The NCV59744 is dual- rail very low dropout voltage regulator that is capable of providing an output current in excess of 3.0 A with a dropout voltage of 115 mV typ. at full load current.
