The NCV81341/P (NCV81341
- Single Phase and Two Independent Phases Mode, NCV81341P
- Parallel Mode) integrates two MOSFET drivers, high- side MOSFET and low- side MOSFET into a single package with current sense and temperature monitoring into a pact 3.5x3.5 QFN.
The driver and MOSFETs have been optimized for high- current DC- DC buck power conversion applications. The NCV81341/P integrated solution greatly reduces package parasitics and board space pared to a discrete ponent solution.
