The NCV8660B is a precision very low Iq low dropout voltage regulator. Quiescent currents as low as 28 mA typical make it ideal for automotive applications requiring low quiescent current with or without a load. Integrated control Features such as Reset and Delay Time Select make it ideal for powering microprocessors.
It is available with a fixed output voltage of 5.0 V and 3.3 V and regulates within ±2.0%.
