NCV8660B LD0 Regulator - Very Low Iq, RESET, Delay Time Select 150 mA The NCV8660B is a precision very low Iq low dropout voltage regulator. Quiescent currents as low as 28 mA typical make it ideal for automotive applications requiring low quiescent current with or without a load.
