NSPM1042 ESD and Surge Protection Diode Features • Protection for the following IEC Standards: IEC61000−4−2 Level 4: ±30 kV Contact Discharge IEC61000−4−5 (Lightning) 200 A (8/20 ms) • These Devices are Pb−Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and are RoHS Compliant MAXIMUM RATINGS Rating Symbol Value Unit IEC 61000−4−2 (ESD) Contact Air ±30 kV ±30 Operating Junction and Storage Temperature Range TJ, Tstg −65 to +150 °C Maximum Peak Pulse Current 8/20 ms @ TA = 25°C, Pin 2 to Pin 1 IPP 200 A Stresses exceeding those listed in the Maximum Ratings table may damage the device. If any of these limits are exceeded, device functionality should not be assumed, damage may occur and reliability may be affected. www.onsemi.
