MC10H186 Description
The MC10H186 is a hex D type flip−flop with mon reset and clock lines. This MECL 10H™ part is a functional/pinout duplication of the standard MECL 10K™ family part, with 100% improvement in clock toggle frequency and propagation delay and no increase in power−supply current.
