MC74LCX257 Description
High impedance TTL patible inputs significantly reduce current loading to input drivers while TTL patible outputs offer improved switching noise performance. A VI specification of 5.5 V allows MC74LCX257 inputs to be safely driven from 5.0 V devices. Four bits of data from two sources can be selected using the Select input.
