MCR22-6, MCR22-8 Preferred Device Sensitive Gate Silicon Controlled Rectifiers Reverse Blocking Thyristors Designed and tested for repetitive peak operation required for CD ignition, fuel ignitors, flash circuits, motor controls and low−power switching applications.
