OPV214Y Description
The OPV214 is a high performance 850nm VCSEL packaged for high speed munication links. OPV214 bines all the performance advantages of a VCSEL with the addition of a power monitor diode for precise control of optical power. The OPV214Y is identical electrically and optically and differs only in pin out.
