OCP2153 1.5MHz, 1.5A Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter ◼ General Description ◼ Features The OCP2153 is a 1.5MHz constant frequency, high ⚫ High Efficiency : Up to 96% efficiency, high current, slope compensated current ⚫ 1.5MHz Constant Switching Frequency mode PWM step-down DC-DC converter. The ⚫ 1.5A Output Current device integrates a main switch and a synchronous ⚫ 2.5V to 5.5V Input Voltage Range rectifier for high efficiency without an external ⚫ Output Voltages from 0.6V to 5V Schottky diode. The OCP2153 can operate from a ⚫ Low RDS(ON) Internal Switches: 72mΩ(Typ.) 2.5V to 5.5V input voltage and is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs from a single cell lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. It can supply 1.
