This is a color active matrix TFT (Thin Film Transistor) LCD (liquid crystal display) that uses a morphous silicon TFT as a switching device. This m o d u l e is posed of a Transmissive type TFT-LCD Panel, driver circuit , backlight unit. The resolution of a 1.3＂TFT-LCD contains 240x240 pixels, and can display up to 65K/262K colors.
