OV7950 Description
The OV7950 (color) and OV7451 (black & white) single chip CMOS CAMERACHIPSTM are designed to provide a high level of functionality for all applications requiring a small footprint, low voltage, low power consumption and high performance color or B&W video camera. Both devices support NTSC posite video output and can directly interface with a VCR TV monitor or other device with 75 ohm loading.
