OB2362D is a highly integrated current mode PWM control IC optimized for high performance, low standby power and cost effective offline flyback converter applications.

Power on soft start reducing MOSFET Vds stress.
Multi-Mode Operation: 130KHz maximum frequency PWM at peak load; 65KHz fixed frequency PWM at full load; Valley switching operation at light to middle load range; Burst mode at light load and no load.
