DESCRIPTION FEATURES OB3398 is a primary side regulation off-line LED - High Precise Constant Current Regulation at lighting controller which can achieve accurate LED Universal AC input current. It significantly simplifies LED lighting - Primary-side Sensing and Regulation Without system design by eliminating the secondary side TL431 and Opto-coupler feedback circuitry.
