Micro Power Unipolar Hall-effect Sensor Switch - General Description - Features The OCH165 Unipolar Hall effect sensor IC is - Micro power consumption ideal for fabricated from mixed signal CMOS technology. It is battery-powered applications prised of one Hall plate and a CMOS output driver, - Input Voltage Range: 2.5V to 3.65V mainly designed for battery-operation, hand-held - Very High Sensitivity Hall Sensor equipment (such as Cellular and Cordless Phone, - Chopper stabilized amplifier stage PAD).
