OCH277H
Overview
- One-chip Solution (Hall Element + Driver) output driver designed for electronic commutation of
- Input Voltage Range : 3.3V to 20V brushless DC motor applications. This IC is using HV
- Reverse Supply Voltage Protection BCD process internally includes an on-chip Hall sensor
- For DC motor / Fan Systems for magnetic sensing, an amplifier that amplifies the
- Low Cost Solution Hall voltage, a Schmitt trigger to provide switching
- High Sensitivity Hall Sensor hysteresis for noise rejection, a temperature compensation circuit to compensate the temperature drift of Hall sensitivity and two complementary M open-Drain drivers for sinking large load current. It also includes an internal band-gap regulator which is used to provide bias voltage for internal circuits. O Placing the device in a variable magnetic field, if the magnetic flux density is larger than threshold BOP, .C the pin DO will be turned low (on) and pin DOB will be turned high (off). This output state is held until the magnetic flux density reverses and falls below BRP, P then causes DO to be turned high (off) and DOB turned I low (on). OCH277H is available in SIP-4L package and is -CH rated over the -40°C to 85°C.
- Dual Complementary Open Drain Output
- Peak Current up to 700mA (<100uS)
- Output Continues Current: 400mA/12V Supply
- Built-in Output Protection Clamping Diode
