Overview

OCP8129 is a high current Frequency for EMI and high efficiency backlight LED driver controller for improved backlight reliability and efficiency. The operation frequency is user-defined with spread M spectrum operation feature that minimizes system EMI during operation. O The OCP8129 supports external PWM dimming, providing the most flexible solution for LED display .C applications. The OCP8129 provides all protection: the MOSFET over current protection (OCP), LED short circuit protection (SCP), LED open circuit protection, inductance P short circuit protection, FB Over-voltage Protection Latch, I over load protection, under-voltage lock-out (UVLO), GATE pin clamper and internal over temperature H protection, external synchronization function. The PWM frequency can be synchronized to an external pulse -C signal. The OCP8129 is available in SOP-8L package, and it is RoHS compliant and 100% lead Pb free. Operating temperature range of the OCP8129 is from -40°C to .ORIENT 85°C.
