Compact High-Current and Low VF Surface Mounting Device SBD
Through recent advances in information, communication and mobile equipment, numerous surface mounting devices have been employed in various types of equipment. Technological advances in the size-reduction and performance improvement of personal computers and telecommunication equipment (modems, terminal adapters, etc.) for the Internet have been especially remarkable. Origin’s surface mounting devices have been employed for such equipment, and our product “SBD,” which is a mini-mold surface mounting device with ultra-low VF and low IR, has proved its performance in the market. In addition to this product, we now introduce an advanced SBD series to the market.
